575 HGTC on e bay - any thoughts

This is the car that was on at Carrs of Exeter for most of last year at £114,995

It may be an HGTC (e.g. not HGTE!) but for some reason it has a non HGTC exhaust (we can't see the double-walled tips).
It also has aftermarket shields (easily removed one would have thought).
And the eBay listing states it has Daytona seats (they are clearly standard).
It all seems a bit odd really.
