Ferrari Telemetry

I have posted this already in the V8 section but thought I'd ask here too, as it's also an option on the F12.

Has anyone successfully used the PC software with the data the cars logs? I've managed to get the media recorded and GPX of the track logged but that's it. Software doesn't seem to recognise the GPX files generated by the car. The camera is also currently set to a LHD car, and dealer knows nothing about how to correct this. I suspect it requires a new camera from Italy.
