The car's not responding to the remotes, the red immobiliser light isn't flashing on the dash and the biggest problem, it won't drop the windows to allow entry.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

Had n issue with my 612 where the trickle charger failed and drained the battery. Approach I took....unlock door with key, gently open door with hand against glass on door..it won't drop but should open , boot release inside rear centre arm rest, connected another trickle charger I had and restored battery power...car had to go back to Ferrari to reset some fault codes on the dashboard.

Check the manual as you may have an emergency bonnet release behind the grille (that being where it is on my 550). I imagine there will be somewhere under there to connect a charger (I assume from last post that the battery is in the boot). If your manual is in the car, you can download one from http://ferraridatabase.com/The_Downloads/Manuals_O...

Yes, there is and from the picture in the manual it looks quite easy to reach.

As above. Battery is on the r/h side of the boot behind the trim. Access through emergency release in the arm rest.
Once charged;
1.lock/unlock with remotes twice.
2.ignition on Don't start, leave for 1minute.
3.start car. Open r/h window, keep button pressed until you hear a "click"
4.close window. Repeat process with other window.
This will re-learn the doors, windows and throttles.
