Surprised not sold ...

Apols in advance for a potentially dull post but ...
I check the used 458 Spiders on PH from time to time. I'm very surprised this one hasn't been sold - https://www.pistonheads.com/buy/listing/19494935
The one on for £175k with damaged disks is a bit hopeful ...

Having dwindled to 2, there are now 20 Pistas on AT.
I suspect the transaction prices will settle back in the low £300ks not far north of where they were before.
It's a great car, and somewhat rare, but that was a very obvious bubble IMHO!
(675lt's have however hitched a ride up to where they probably should have been)

Location has changed, it used to be near Swindon.
Is it overpriced if it’s not found buyer for few years?
There is also this one:

I also looked at this one back in 2023. They sold it that year and it's been back for sale for 6 months with the same company (were based near Swindon as you say (Malmesbury) and now Chelsea).Location has changed, it used to be near Swindon.
Like Andy, I'm not sure why it hasn't sold given recent examples seem to sell within minutes of being posted. It did have a few stone chips to the paint so perhaps it's condition/price that's put people off.
