I’ve managed to crack the front splutter on my new Portofino. Does anyone know if anyone repairs them?

If it’s carbon fibre, try finding a carbon bike repair specialist. They do great work and for far less than the cost of automotive carbon specialists.

Bike as in pushbike?

My quick search on Google maps brought a few up local to me, and I’d be happy to let them have a try.

Can you post a picture? Would help to see the extent of the damage. I bust a rear diffuser on a Lusso, couldn’t repair it, not a cheap experience.

It’s just a crack, but sadly quite an expensive one.

The first quote is about £2,000, which is quite a bit more than I expected.

I’ll see what else I get.

That's extremely high. I'd expect to pay in the ball park of £350 for that.

I’d guessed at £6-700 including removing it and putting it back on.

Ah, yes, mine was repair alone.

I used Gemclean Detailing when I damaged the front splitter on my F8. I think they charged about GBP400 or so although that was deep scrapes rather than a crack. They did an excellent job though.

You guessed correct. The bill for my rear diffuser was £10k, one dealer wanted closer to £16k. I’d say 70% was labour, Ferrari are notorious for making what should be relatively simple things pretty tortuous

Yep learnt the hard way to not buy cars with exterior Carbon Fibre unless it comes standard. I tick all the interior Carbon Fibre options instead, want the Carbon for my eyes not everybody else’s..
