Both my fobs won’t lock or unlock my car. Changed fob batteries no joy. Use key to enter and start car normally using key placement method. It’s like keys have lost sync with car. Car has been garaged over winter on trickle. Any ideas guys before it goes to dealers. Tia.

Yep thanks. This is how I managed to start and move car. However both fobs still won’t lock or unlock car.

Sounds like a trip to the dealers.

I notice you are also in S Wales. Do you have an indy you use or is it DL in Swindon?

I would send DL Service an email. There way be able to advise via an email.
Check the obvious thing, do you have battery in the fobs in the right way,

Don't leave both keys in the car.
Do they operate the windows, and/or from and rear latches.

They are quite clever fobs. eg. you cannot lock the frunk if one of the keys is detected in the frunk.

Ye spoke to service dept. Batteries in right way. Looks like trip to DL 🙈. Strange how both keys no longer communicate with car. Working fine a few weeks ago.
