From my understanding Meridien have a pretty good reputation, has anyone personally dealt with them?

They have a 488 I like the look of, and thought I'd see where the land lies (so to speak).

I bought my 458 off them quite a while back - what would you like to know?

Just the usual. Customer service, price of cars, condition of cars, fault resolution, after sales service.

I bought a C63 AMG from them as a part exchange. The car was in good order, all papers supplied, they sent the missing parcel shelf to me a few days later and I had no problems with payment, keys and a 90 day warranty. Would I use them again, yes.

I bought an F8 from them two years ago and they still service it (I live in London and so far have free collection and delivery) - all good.

Didnt buy through them but Ollie, think that was his name was very good, proactive and professional. Seem to price higher than most and seem to sell.

Bought my F12 from them in Jan 2023. Excellent service. Fair price. Handled any issues pre-collection and also handled any issues post collection. 2 year Ferrari warranty for piece of mind. Overall, I would buy from them again.

same as everyone else really, only thing i have noticed is that they are at the higher end of the servicing price and for me didnt have much wiggle room on the larger jobs. DL on the other hand did

I’ve bought two cars from them and sold them two (different ones). Always went very well. It’s quite a family business (the Butt family, not related to the Damon or Damion Butt who does the car guys on YouTube even ‘though he’s from the same area).

Bought a car from Meridien via my local dealer, went down there - chaps all friendly and nothing to complain about. Car was beautiful - they have some really nicely spec'd cars for sale usually. Nothing to complain about when the car arrived.

Another vote of confidence for both their sales and service - bought my Pista from them, some 3.5 years ago. They used to come to Hereford and collect it for servicing and faults etc, F.O.C. but they now charge - inevitable really. I still take it there as their service is really very good.

Sadly I didn't get the opportunity to go in yesterday as work commitments (always the way) meant I had to be in meeting rather than talking 488 Spiders with them. Will try and get down there after my hols next week.

Hi Did they collect,deliver back FOC in a covered trailer ?
