As title, the right hand pod has frozen in the phone function display. Is there an easy reset?

Thanks in advance.

There's a chap on YouTube "richreviews"

Think his 458 had same issue. Was not an easy fix....

A few threads on Ferrarichat

https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/display-...

Seems to be due to low battery charge - ALWAYS have your car on the charger !

Probably needs to go to the dealer to reset it unless you want to unplug your battery yourself.

This was following a 200 mile journey so I don't think low power in the battery was likely to be a cause. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting but it still seems to persist.

Less than optimum batteries are known to cause a multitude of weird problems on 458s (see for example my recent thread about glove box not opening). Might be worth hooking up a brand new battery to see if it solves the problem.

Ours was slightly different issue…checkout our RichReviews YouTube video series (3 off) starting with:
- My FERRARI 458 had to GO BACK to the dealership for a REPAIR!

I wish I could help, but instead I'd prefer it if you would sit through 3 of my monetised videos where you may or may not find an answer to your problem.

(harsh but true)

Thanks for that uninformed statement, much appreciated.

I had already liaised with the OP on WA towards a solution, this therefore was to provide details of the issues I have had to persist to correct my fault, which may or may not be the same as the OPs which the first video would clarify.

Disconnecting and reconnecting seems to have done the trick.

Thanks everyone.
