To fit two additional tail lights to the rear of the 488 GTB, you'd have to fit them into the space where the rear vents are located, which would affect the cars aero efficiency (it probably wouldn't make any difference to the car at normal driving speeds, but it would at high speeds, and it would more than likely devalue the car )
You'd also have to find two smaller tail lights to fit in the vent area, if you don't want to have to redesign the engine cover, because a second set of standard 488 lights would be too large to fit without any modification.
Basically, no one does a four tail light conversion for the 488 GTB, because there's too much work involved.
