I have a 458.

Need a new set of front tyres.

Can’t seem to find any anywhere. Any ideas?

MPSS discontinued years ago so that could mean all your tyres need replacing due to age - current equivalent MP4S

And can I leave the supersports on the rears ( loads of life left ) and out these on the front with little issue?

Thanks again.

Michelin PS4S are a nice upgrade over the MPSS. smile
Or if summer dry weather car, then maybe throw a set of Michel Cup 2 tyres on. smile

Afraid I live in Edinburgh so it’s rarely dry enough for them.

I find the supersports fun enough.

Thanks for this. I just don’t want to change all 4 tyres as the rears are almost perfect, just the fronts.

Just change everything. Tires are the most important thing when it comes to how the car feels and performs. You should have upgraded to PS4S's a long time ago regardless of the state of the old tires - simply because they will make your car feel much better! Now that the old tires are going, it's all the excuse you'll ever need to upgrade.

I recently upgraded two 911 GT3s to MPS4S and they completely transform the car. Highly recommended and I expect putting them on a 458 would have the same effect.

Craig

Give Craig Crosby a call at Skidz in Falkirk, he is top class can usually get what you need and most importantly is fantastic at looking after your wheels.

I put them on my 458 in K1 spec and they transformed the car especially in very wet conditions.

These are what I am proposing.

Any opinions or comments? These are the “Porsche” ones whatever they are. They had non “Porsche” ones too.

Craig, how did you get on, I am trying to get a set of K type SS 4s for my 458 but struggling.
Only reason I want to keep the K approved tyre is for the warranty
