Warranty on a California

Has anyone found a third party company that will place a warranty on a Ferrari.
I have a 2012 California with 22000 miles with full Ferrari service history.
The extended warranty expires in a couple of weeks, I had it serviced today and need to replace the rear shocks as one is leaking. Unfortunately this is not covered under the warranty.
A few years back I purchased an R8 from Sytners, it came with a third party warranty (can’t remember who) when my Mag ride shocks failed they covered them, they also covered the oil cooler and the air con condenser.
It appears that the Ferrari warranty is very expensive and not as extensive as I’d hoped.
