Hi there looking to buy a Speciale and hoping to find privately to cut out the dealer margin. I wondered if bought privately, does any outstanding warranty pass over to the new owner ?
If its a ferrari warranty then it is tied to the car, they don't care who owns it at the time. I bought my 458 privately and had no issues with either warranty or existing service pack - just phone your dealer to make sure the reminders for the car come to you.
