Ferrari air bags - sell by date?
Discussion
I was sitting in my F430 making vroom noises at the weekend
I noticed there is a sticker on the back of the passenger sun visor that seems to be saying that the air bags have a sell by date, that has just expired.
I haven't come across this before, is it an actual thing? Any idea what cost to change is?

On the scheduled maintenance sheets for the California there is a row on there "Z3 Replacing the airbag (every 15 years)" which tends to support the replacement of them as a scheduled service item so I guess that similar may well apply to the F430
Also of note on there is "Z4 replace seat belts and pretensioners (every 15 years)"

Well this is now 15 years old.
Will check the service schedule. You would imagine if it was an actual issue it would be a MOT check.
I guess the issue is, if I change the car at some point it could block the sale and then I would end up paying anyway.
It’s not something I have come across before..
