So, I’ve got my new 488 but the front plate looks ridiculous.

What’s my options remove it and take the risk ?

Or is there some other alternatives to make it look better ?

I would use the search button.

Unless of course you just wanted to tell us all you’d bought a 488, then we could make the thread much better with some pictures.

Still illegal.

(3) This paragraph requires the plate to be fixed—

(a)vertically or, where that is not reasonably practicable, in a position as close to the vertical as is reasonably practicable,

How is that fixed to the car?

I currently have a full size plate in place using ‘sticker pads’ & they hold very well. I will get the car detailed, PPF installed & will then look to add a smaller plate

You could go for a Carbonio removable plate mount so you can just put it on when needed e.g. channel crossing or areas where high chance of a tug

Or you could just risk it without.

I haven't run a front plate on any of my supercars in the last eight years and have had one fine.

I’ve just ordered a couple of sizes from them for my front plate, 1 x 3/4 size and 1 x custom size (288mm x 111mm).

Your 3/4 plate looks a lot smaller than I would’ve of thought
