For me, carbon seats were a must. They’re really comfortable, look fantastic and set you low down in the car for a great driving position.
Carbon trim also lifts the cabin, shields are nice to have and the 20” forged wheels are the ones to have.
This looks nice.....quite tempted myself!

Seats are a personal preference, some suggest the carbon buckets are uncomfortable over longer distances.
Carbon wheel and driving zone are probably must-haves. Lifter isn’t essential, I don’t have it and haven’t grounded out. Other carbon is neither here nor there it appears, value wise. I had carbon everywhere in the 599 and actually didn’t like it so try out a car with and without before making the extended carbon (e.g. full dash) a ‘must have’
Cruise is a rare option. iPod option has baffled me (as it doesn’t work via Bluetooth) so not sure it’s worth it.
Shields are a must, I’d be surprised if any were specced without.

For me the carbon seats are a must. You will tend to find that a car with carbon seats is probably well specced with other stuff.
Other kind of very much like to haves, almost compulsory: shields, carbon driving zone with leds, forged alloys.
Other very nice: iPod (you can connect a widget to get bluetooth streaming), rear camera, PDC, JBL stereo upgrade.
Other nice to have: Carbon trim inside and out.
The Ferrari nav has a 2010 map and I never use it.
Bear in mind that the base car without all of this stuff is still awesome. Absolute base spec is shields and carbon driving zone. For me anyway.

I would disagree with carbon seats been a must. I have them in my car but I think the Daytona seats are more in keeping for a Ferrari they look better and more adjustment. The Carbon seats are remarkably comfortable though for what they are. Pre lockdown I drove to Germany and back from the North of England 10 hours each way without an ache or pain which is a miracle for me.
