In theory the time of year and fact it appears to have been driven 7k miles over 7 years without a service should count against it but CC do seem to achieve fairly high sale prices.

I'll guess colour combo, manual box and mileage will get it to £65k + comm.

Great looking car but I can't imagine those seats will do it any favours.

I would say its far eastern import possibly as it has a CoC with it and would explain lack of history.

My 2001 360 uk supplied has a coc certificate from new -looks like a good car, but aftermarket radio /no rear challange grill and stick on shields , hope it makes good money .

That is interesting, as CC's disclaimer states no insurance marker.

Funnily enough, I was just looking at the CC listing this morning and had completely forgotten I had imparted that piece of its history back in 2017.

Would CC be aware of this then? Perhaps they should be guided to this thread. Does the currunt owner even know?

CC wouldn't know if the car is HPI clear but the vendor probably knows because they bought the car in 2017 (the year auctioned through BCA).

I'm revising my estimate downwards somewhat. Now showing no reserve so it will sell.

If I was interested in buying the car (which I am not) I would pose the obvious question to the vendor in the "ask a question" section on CC

Of course the auction house knows, but clearly they don’t give a damn as long as they get their fees with no comeback!

Write off or not, those MR2 Ferrari replica seats should be enough to cross this car off anyone's list
