360 Modena fuel probelm

Hi being a cheap-skate 360 owner ,my probelm is due to leaving my car with a dry petrol tank for over 2 years when topping up with £20 ,s worth of V-power the car started on only the o/s bank of 4 cylinders ! after checking the bleed presure valve on the n/s fuel rail its dry ,do the two fuel pumps only pump to each cylinder banks ?as I would have thought that they could share the fuel supply circuit ? also when switching on the ignition key a voice in German gives a message that I don't understand , never had that before . regards jim

There's a pump in each tank which feeds each bank independently. Other than checking that the fuel pump has power when cranking, you're going to need a new pump. If it's the LH pump and you have a Modena (not a spider) then it's the trickiest one to replace. Have fun getting the fuel float in the correct place...

Thanks for info had a mate fit a new l/h pump assembly was a bit tricky fitting back into tank as for the german voice it turns out to a bluetooth message that its unable to find device ,
