F355 - interior rubberised plastics. How do you guys clean them? They have not gone sticky and I don’t want to clean the original finish off. Both my HVAC unit and gearstick surround panel have been replaced with brand new OE parts and they need a clean. What’s best to use without upsetting their insanely delicate finish? I’ve been brushing off the dust with a detailing brush but they need a proper clean now. Thanks for the help!

Autoglym Interior Shampoo is excellent at cleaning delicate items. It doesn’t add a sheen or a coating, just cleans back to the original surface.

Also good on trainers!

I just use warm water and a microfibre cloth. If they are dirty them maybe a mild pH neutral detergent.

I’m convinced one of the main reasons they go sticky is using chemicals like dash spray on them.
