458 Airbag recall - anyone else waiting?

So I got the letter from Maranello well over a year ago telling me of the urgent safety recall and to contact my dealer. Here we are over a year later and no sign of them being able to do the work due to parts supply.

Anyone else waiting this long? Should I be pushing the dealer/Ferrari harder to get the work done? I'm surprised they are legally allowed to take this long if it as big an issue as internet tales would suggest.

Ferrari are getting better.
It took them 15 years to put out a fuel line recall on the f355s.
