360 Modena F1 instruments

I have a 1999 360 and when driving in the dark the needles in the oil temp and water temp do not work as they are supposed to.
One does not light up at all and one flickers.
Any clues as to what may be causing this, could it be a bad earth connection.

Possibly... blown bulb on the unlit needle, loose connection somewhere on the flickering one. Could be a few different things. Have you had the cluster out?
