I was an early depositer to be fair but if we go back to the 458 which was pre madness, I picked both my coupe.and spyder up around 6 months to a year old at well under list. Were back in those times so might be worth holding tight!

Good question.... I’ve actually decided against the F8 and F8 Spider as I simply find my 488 Spider so epic I just cannot see any reason/need to switch.
I bought mine at a few months old at £50k under list and simply think a switch unjustifiable. I’ll hang on to it and see what the mid engine hybrid replacement brings in a couple of years. It’s amazing how much better the turbo Spiders sound compared to the GTB though (well at least in the 488’s)

I’m keeping my 488 GTB and will add an F8 Spider. I hope it’s called just that...

The F8 is of course a refresh, a stop-gap until the “entry-level” stable mate to the SF90 Stradale appears. Things are moving so fast, I can’t imagine there will be any more series production V8s.

So has anyone firmed up a delivery date yet?

Seems a fair bit quiet on this thread for a new car launched by Ferrari!

Just read something about the FUV - Ferrari Utility Vehicle. Why would they jump onto the SUV market band wagon? Let Masarati and Alfa do the job for them and keep the Ferrari brand as a pure performance supercar company. Wonder what the old man would think and bet Enzo would frown upon from above!! rolleyes

I believe one or two LHD customer cars arrived in Europe before Christmas and UK dealers were apparently supposed to have received their demonstrators by now so don't expect much til probably Easter

I was at Maranello in Egham last week and their Grigio Silverstone demonstrator was in the workshop being prepped. Looked amazing.

I am in the same boat, was thinking about an F8 spider, but my 488 is so good I just can't justify it.

If you really wanted to spec one, you could have probably ordered a Lusso or a Portofino to go with it and they would have sold you one. Otherwise you are lucky that so many people are selling them, so you can take your pick from the “used” stock available

Indeed dropping approx 100k on depreciation for a Lusso v12 in order to get your ideal spec Pista sounds like a good deal to me biglaugh

jokes aside, plenty to be picked up from the classifieds - think the youtuber/influenzers generation that jumped on the bandwagon of depreciation free motoring will be happy to oblige

as for the F8 Tributo I would really really want to know if it's genuinely capable of moving the game on from the 488 even for mere mortals like us..
