F430 Dash EEPROM

Been struggling to sort the X on the dash issue caused by, I believe, a voltage spike potentially from it been jumpstarted prior to my ownership. Had it a Ferrari specialist and had a few people look at it and they have suggested the EEPROM or EPROM has data missing and/or is corrupt. Now I’m sure I will be able to get a new chip for the dash but itll obviously be blank, does anyone know where I might be able to get the dash code from? Or know anybody who maybe be able to in-corrupt the code? We did also discuss taking the data from a working dash and transferring it to my corrupt dash but I’m worried incase rather than copy the data it just take it from one chip and transfers it to the other leaving the original chip blank. Not done much with EPROMS before so please humour my limited knowledge.
