So few 488 Pista's for sale
Discussion
What is it with the Pista?...only seen 2 come up for sale , and yet they have been out a while, and with the F8 announced, really would of thought most of the pista production would of been done by now. Not seen one on Romans, hartleys. or any other of the 'flippers' favourite dealers.
Seen one come up at Redline & one at Amari's but that's it, both circa £450k, so fair premiums...just really thought would of seen a few popping up for sale by now...anyone have any input on this?

No, most of the Pista production is not done. I believe fewer than 70 have so far been delivered to the UK.Seen one come up at Redline & one at Amari's but that's it, both circa £450k, so fair premiums...just really thought would of seen a few popping up for sale by now...anyone have any input on this?
that sort of answers that then!...any idea when the Pista run will be complete?, how many more to come to the UK?...will be interesting to see what sort of premium they fetch in the next 12 months or so...really wanted a pista aperta slot but man from Italy said no, and I certainly see them fetching huge premiums in the same way the special aperta's do.

The lack of cars on the market shows that the allocation approval system is working fairly well.
I know two people with Pista’s and neither would dispose of their cars other than via the supplying main dealers and not for some time yet in case they jeopardise future allocations.
Good, it's about time Ferrari sorted this out. It was becoming a joke. I know two people with Pista’s and neither would dispose of their cars other than via the supplying main dealers and not for some time yet in case they jeopardise future allocations.
I would presume they're not trading hands on the open market anyway. Any deals are probably being brokered via private conversations between dealers and their customers (owners and interested parties), etc. Openly advertising them ala that Amari one risks the ire of Ferrari for both parties.
