I’m currently looking to buy a 488 GTB and have been looking on PH and Ferrari U.K. used cars to see what is out there for sale.

If there are any cars that aren’t advertised or anyone who is looking to sell then message me and see if we can take it further.

Some of the spec is important :

Colour : Red, Yellow, White, Blue or Grey/Silver
Must have Black Nero interior
LED Carbon steering wheel and drivers area
Racing seats (Goldrake or Daytona) with stitching
Scuderia Shields
Some carbon on the outside
Under 5k miles

After that I’m open to options

My April 2018 488GTB is at Carrs of Exeter, ticks all your boxes spec wise.
I paid £242k, did pretty much 1500 motorway miles in it.
It's got full wrap and ceramic coating. Mint. £225k.
It's listed on Pistonheads but not on their website.
I only bought it to get my Pista which is coming in couple weeks.
I can't help you on price as I sold them the car in PX for my GTC4 Lusso ferw weeks ago.

It looks a nice car but why the harnesses for motorway driving?

A bit more than I want to pay for a 488

Have you checked out the Blu Scozia 488 at JZM..I love the colour although probably not to everybody's taste.

I couldn't live with that interior. I'd have to have Nero black or possibly dark blue

I like harnesses and if I’m doing 150mph + it sure feels safer.

Well if you factor in the fact I get their 1st Pista in 2 weeks I’m quite happy with that number:-)

have you driven a 458 op?
you might find the premium isn't worth it to go to a 488

Not much of a premium for the 488 compared to a similar miles/spec 458 and you have the remainder of the 7 year service plan.

I did look at 458's but they seem to be close to £160k for a good low mileage car.

Surely £161 a mile? i.e. £242k divided by 1,500 miles? Or should I have studied harder at school?

He’s not written the thing off though, so he prob got £200-205k part ex therefore £28-£24.60 per mile!

Doesn’t mean much if it gets you the car you want & you can afford it.

I wonder why the newer car seems to be better value than the older car? Strange isnt it...or is it not? smile

Very unusual nice car.
Black is a no,no? The Graypaul 2017 black & Gold car is a beauty.

I just don’t buy Black cars. They look amazing when clean from 5 yards but show every mark and swirl and for me lose the lines on certain cars and carbon etc. disappears.

All personal taste but that’s why we are all different

I am sure Ferrari Birmingham had something in stock that meets your spec and it was about 200k. They send me all their stock via email but as I have just bought a new 488 I just delete the emails. I might be worth checking out their website or give them a call.

Fantastic car BTW, I thought about a 458 which is a great car, but once I had driven the 488 my mind was made up.
