458 Carbon rear difuser ?

I’m thinking of changing my rear difuser to a carbon unit, the OEM unit costs a fortune and o wondered if anyone has experience of the alternatives in terms of aesthetic match to the std carbon used, fit quality, and appearance and if the OEM unit can be purchased from an alternative source at a more reasonable cost?

I wouldn't. I've bottomed my plastic one out twice (at speed, dip in the road both times) and it's a nice easy repair and you can't tell. On a carbon one, different story.

If it's just for looks, you could get your current one dipped to look like carbon and leave the lower section that could 'bottom out'?
