Nero Paint Colour
Discussion
I’ve had loads of black cars, incl a Scud in Nero. I’m not much of a polisher so don’t worry too much, but for the more OCD amongst us black cars are undoubtedly harder work. Silvers are much more forgiving.
However, when there is limited supply and many other condition and spec matters to consider then for me it’s not a problem.

I would definitely go down the PPF route with black as it will mark very easily. Even being really careful with snow foam and 2 buckets you will inevitably get swirl marks and light scratches.
With a respray to the front end including the glorious stripe about £10k you need to at least PPF that IMHO

Never had a black non metallic car myself so wondered if any Nero Ferrari owners out there can let me know their experiences, are they hard to live with? would Nero be a purchase deal breaker? or is it fine with the right paint/film protection or wax choice?
My speciale is black, colour is nero DS, it's a non metalic black and looks amazing, like deep pure black, full ppf and as easy as any of my cars to keep clean. Get one if you have the chance I would say.
