Just wondering what's the difference between a car with normal bucket seats and one with "large" bucket seats apart from the obvious. I mean, how large is large?

My 458 had the large carbon racing seats.

You can definitely tell the difference, they don't hug you in the same way as the normal size racing seats.

I'm 6ft and 14.5 stone so not small & I could have done with a slightly tighter (in width) seat to properly hold me in position.

They're fine for normal road use though, would only be a problem for me on the track.

The difference is a couple of cms at most.
I had rare medium racing seats in F430 spyder but I'm an athletic 5'9" 11 stone guy and they felt snug
TBH my 430 scuderia had large seats and they were still fine for me so unless you are small I would suggest large is the best option hence why 99% of cars are that size.
Anyone bigger than me would struggle to sit fully inside a medium seat without it feeling full on racing tight

I am pretty svelte and the ones in my lambo are nice and snug. Will they be about the same size as those?

Large isn't that large. They also aren't like proper bucket seats where you're wedged into them, if that makes sense.

Most cars I've seen specced with them have large. My 458 did too and I never felt like they weren't supportive.
