was thinking of doing this with my Scuderia in case I do decide to keep it
haven't had enough time yet to properly form an opinion on the F1 transmission - after the first 3k or so km, I think it is better than having a DCT but still no patch on a manual. alas while the car is on finance and under warranty, I will leave it well alone (I suspect getting TÜV approval might be challenging on such a conversion anyway, sth to look into if it ever becomes relevant for me)
would love a manual Challenge Stradale and would not pay less for it than for an original car (subject to conversion being done to a high standard obviously)

That car was for sale on ferrarichat last year. Not sure if it actually sold or was withdrawn ...

I'd love to drive it. Somehow I think I will like it much more than the F1 but I still have my reservations

Reviving an old thread now that it looks like CS prices are on the way to more affordable levels again. Has anybody had a manual conversion done in the UK/Europe and any idea re costs?
Am bored and hardly using the Scuderia as not enough time to go on track days regularly, so a manual CS (a little slower and more interaction) sounds like a tempting plan again as a road/weekend car.
Also wonder how much additional weight one can take out of it without it looking too non-standard (need to revisit 360trev’s thread on ferrarichat on that topic).

Are you looking at buying a lhd as I can only see 1 rhd for sale and it’s silver.

Yes LHD cars only - cheapest now down below 130k again which starts to kinda make sense depending on conversion cost looking at the alternatives re manual cars

Mmhh yes one of my favorite threads - unfortunately he did it the other way round (and a lot more extensive than what I will ever be able to get done)MDL111 said:

We will see - am awaiting feedback on getting the conversion done in the UK (car would be German registered, but trust the UK independents more than the German ones and Ferrari thought I was mental when I asked about doing the same to the Scud)
Then I need to find a car if I decide to take this forward. Plan would be to have it ready by next spring the latest (not much I can do with it during winter in Germany)
