Has been on sale for over 5 months now - a mate was offered this for £155k - why?

Anyone know this car....cheapest RHD Spider on the market....

In before RamboLambo explains that relative to a two year old 650s spyder with less than 10k miles it is in fact quiet expensive!

..being more serious - it doesn't look that cheap relative to some of the cars around it. It has one of the highest mileage, it is 5 years old - one of the oldest for sale and the cars priced above £175k regardless of spec are just being very hopeful in my opinion.

So priced to sell maybe but only marginally?

The front bumper is a totally different shade to the body. The N/S of the rear bumper is also a poor match.

Really?

There a ton of reflections on the car due to the lake the Hartley's still think is a great idea. Can you be sure the slightly different shades are not a result of the complex reflections?

Rusty bolts in the engine bay and the front bumper has painted by someone who has had the colour described to them over the telephone.

Yet another one of the Hartley’s classics.

Yes - absolutely. This is about as bad as it can get!

As for the Tom Hartley car - not my first choice in seats (and as I understand this matters to many used buyers).

Great colour !

Absolutely but that's the prancing horse premium for an inferior car. Was never a fan of jelly on a plate. Wibble wobble wibble wobble

TH are in the business of selling cars.
So they go for little and often, rather than "trying" silly asking prices.

I would guess price is down to colour combination which is not going to have a long queue of customers. It looks nice (save for the terrible bumper repaint) though, just not on a v8 spider.

I second that.
Not being greedy but turning over cars regularly. Can't believe the number of cars that are priced too high and remain unsold for literally years

Water damage. You'd think they wouldn't advertise the fact so blatently, but at least they're honest about it I suppose.

edit: Serious answer.. it's SORN, has been since 1st June (no idea why TH hide the plate if they're just going to stick it in the URL - BP62 TBV). Can't be bothered to do an HPI check on it, but previous plates were L44KYK and LFZ4683.

Whoever resprayed that front bumper needs shooting. Only seems to be mismatched on the nearside though so assuming it was minor damage and has just been blown over. Stevie Wonder could have got a better colour match.
