430 Scuderia - 200 CEL Cats...
Discussion
All...
Am considering a bit of an upgrade on my stock 430 Scud. Only mod I currently have is a remote by-pass valve and while it's open the noise is glorious from the get go. Added benefit is that the quiet zone when closed is very useful (also known as wife mode).
My plan is to leave the quiet zone as is with the stock muffler and swap out the stock cats to 200CEL units (yet to be sourced).
Does anyone have experience of this specifically are there any dash lights thrown up and if so how are they managed?
What does it do to the loud channel, is the noise ruined in anyway (too loud) or is it just (as I hope) more of the Scud magic
Thanks in advance...

Scuderia's don't have pre-cats. Instead they use a secondary air injection system.
You learn something everyday! Let us know how you get on if you do go for the 200 cell cats. Apparently they only have a 5% restriction which greatly improves gas flow. My cats are very old and I'm thinking of the same upgrade before they start breaking up.
