It is this sort of project that keeps the Ferrari brand up at the top and it's something that other manufacturers need to do if they are to create the same mystique. How cool to see this coming up behind you, poking it's nose out and then accelerating past. It's distinctly Ferrari but at the same time not something recognisable - as in not a standard model. We can differ on brand loyalties but there's no arguing that these boys know what they're doing.

A very true comment, it is this type of service that gets Ferrari staying on the top and the exclusivity is definitely underpinned by such projects. considering that the great majority of the parts would be from the standard 488 you can see that they can achieve this limited run with considerable ease. it is something that other brands should be doing: especially Porsche.
