I couldn't live in poverty like that.

How little do they expect someone to pay?

I don't think its half scale but it is a proper scaled down operational electric model.
He has all the toys you can think of and more. If you saw, met or talked to him you would have no idea how wealthy he was but I think the missus was the real brains

There's one for sale at £15m in Beaconsfield that trumps them. Room in the entrance hall for a car. Find the ad, see what I mean and tell me who owns it currently...

The house was in another thread the other day. Hasn't it been for sale for years? They say every house has a buyer, but maybe the only person who would buy that place already owns it.

I think they want circa £6m but wife does not want to sell until the kids have grown up and gone to uni so she is being stubborn about the price they will accept. He has upped sticks and bought a penthouse overlooking Torquay marina

Yeah that will be it.

Most of the cars are still there but the Zonda had to pay a very expensive trip to the factory before being sold

For someone who seems to value personal privacy so highly you are very quick to share personal details of other people on an open forum, I would suggest you keep details like that to yourself. Karma has a nasty habit of rearing it's head.

Why would you pay £6m to live in Exeter, south of Bristol, everyone hates anyone with money, North of Bristol people get nicer because there is more money floating around.

Sweeping statement ?!

I'd much rather live in Exeter than Bristol I can tell you. With every big city you get far more lets say "undesirables".

Ok Exeter id more like a middle class sleepy village but far from being hated ( like on pistonheads ) I'm a pretty popular guy ( especially with the ladies ) if I say so myself.

I don't even mind you dirty northern bar stewards in London

Well I have lived in both the NW for a short amount of time, and Devon and Cornwall for over 20 years, there is a huge attitude difference and that line seems to split across Bristol. Even at service stations you can tell the attitude difference above and below the line!

In the SW the locals hate anyone with money, sure they won't say it to your face but behind your back...and key your car if they think they can get away with it. I have seen and heard it all. I even saw a guy go up to a gallardo technica ediziona (black and orange one) in an Asda carpark and get his key out until he realised the owner was sitting in it and backed off sheepishly. Don't see any of that even in undesirable parts of Liverpool or Manchester. I go shopping in the NW in a "bad part" of town hell I live right next to a "dump" and I haven't experienced anything other than kind, polite, chatty people. Compare that to Cornwall where everyone has an attitude problem.

Lived here all my life and never had a single problem. I guess the difference is - if you left your car parked anywhere in Liverpool or Manchester it wouldn't be there when you got back to get keyed in the first place as some toe rag would of nicked it.

Maybe we just don't like all you dirty northerners coming down here in your flash cars and polluting our beautiful land.
Just as well you cant afford the property prices down here in that case then and you can stick with your 2 up 2 down, whippets and pidgeons .rofl
