355 central undertay damage - easy to repair?

as the title suggests I need to sort out my main undertray panel. I used to have an unforgiving lump in my driveway which has now been completely relaid with a new profile. So that's one problem solved.

Is it possible to repair the undertray using a typical fibreglass repair kit? Given that it's under the car, the repair doesn't need to be bodyshop quality, but I would still like it to be a decent job.

anyone got any experience of this?

Make sure you use black pigment in the epoxy so the repair is black all the way through, like OEM is.
