Very Pristine Wheels.

Just received my wheels back from Pristine, tyres fitted today and went out with taz turbo junior to enjoy the sunshine.

Exceptionally happy with the result of the wheel refurb, but TBH the weren't so bad pre refurb.

Sorry the picture is poor, now will I get round to washing it this year? Sorry about the dust on the bonnet/poor picture.

Stunning car!! Pristine wheels gets the thumbs up for me! good choice. (I used them for my M3 19" diamond cut wheels, and they look back to factory, set me back £600 though....but its what i wanted flawless factory finish.

You should treat it to a wash now as well!! before getting back onto

Sweet! They still looking good? I hear sometimes they can look good initially then all hell breaks loose underneath and crazy corrosion surfaces...

No close up pictures as yet, will try and take some after it gets its spring wash.

As to the magnesium process prep. I believe they do, that's what they told me anyway. I guess time will always be the best judge.

Pristine did tell me they do the nessasary extra processes in relation to the wheels being magnesium, I guess time will be the best judge. All I can say at the moment is that they look magnificent, I have a pair of new old stock front wheels and these refurbished wheels look indistinguishable from the new ones.

Gave it a wash then got back out in it.

It's now in for its annual service.

They did my M3 wheels a few years back. When they bubbled after a very short time (a couple of months), they gave me a slip of paper pointing out that if that happened, they'd need re-working at my expense, albeit with a discount. "Didn't you get this?"

I didn't and told them I wouldn't have had the work done if they'd told me before. To be fair to them, after a little discussion, they re-did them but I was disappointed that the refurb was short lived and needed the re-work. I saw some of their other work and it looked alright, but I certainly wouldn't use them for M3 wheels again.

No, there was no disclaimer.

Cost was £480 for four including VAT and return delivery, looking stunning and very happy, so far....
