Hi folks I need to remove my radio to check to fuse on the back as it is completely dead and have a problem.

I have the removel keys but noticed that I only have 1 slot!

I have seen pictures of a removable bit on the left hand side and presume the other slot is under there but cannot seem to remove it, even though I press the little button by the knot.
Does the radio need power to it to enable the removal of that little panel?????

Half of the front of the radio comes off and under that is the second slot.

Mine doesn't, just a matchbox size part on lefthand side!

That's right. From memory the removal tool holes were under that? I had to find the removal instructions online - have you got the model number of the radio?

Mine was a little different to that (2007) but the left hand side front section popped off by sliding the Ferrari logo in the middle. Underneath the removable module was the removal tool slot.

The model is a Becker Cascade Pro 7907. You need to remove a cover on the left to access the slot. If you search for the manual for that model you will be able to download it.

Also - disconnect the battery before removing. There is a risk of shorting the board if you insert the tools too far.

👍👍Thanks Voicey . ...the niggling bit for for me is that the small side panel won't come away from the main unit!
Easy once that comes away I guess 😂

Sorted it thanks for all your help.
It was my error the little ferrari badge does in fact release the small panel but probably never been used and was stuck.
Again many thanks for all your replies.
