Just got SD2 screen shots of the distance travelled in each gear from the garage I am buying from but they do not tally. The gear readouts are about 4000 km short of the speedo display? At least it's not the other way round. Is this normal? Is it just a rough indication.

The car probably had a TCU change under warranty. Is this a 360? What year?

If it was an early car then the likelihood of it having a replacement TCU would be high as they first lot were terrible.

How does the condition of the rest of the car stack up against the stated mileage?

19" stradale or slightly lower profile than standard tyres fitted to rear at some stage ?

Well I commented on the front seemed heavily stone chipped for a car that has only done 26000 Km(16000 miles) but all the service records and MOT equivalent stack up mileage wise.

To be fair the front bumper does take quite a beating with regard to stone chips.

Have you been underneath and taken the under tray off? How is the interior wearing? What about the clutch wear? Are there service receipts for stuff like suspension work that you wouldn't associate with low mileage? How are the headlights lenses looking?

Sometimes you have to take a view on whether a car is hiding something or not without any hard evidence.

If in doubt walk - there are plenty of 360's on the market.
