Antifreeze Pouring
Discussion
Hi All
Had a bit of a mare with my 360 Spider today. Had a driver side rear tyre replaced and got a call from the people who did it saying there was a pool of antifreeze where my car had been. I checked and sure enough it was during out. Not sure if in replacing the tyre they have knocked something or it was just a coincidence?
Anyway anyone got any ideas how much it might cost me ?
Thanks as always

When we bought our car couple of years ago, I found a small pool of coolant near the rear of the car (I remember asking on the CS forum about it back then). I bought some more coolant and topped it up a little to where I believed it should be according to the manual, but after driving the car and it getting nice and warm again, it spat it out. I had this little ongoing wrestling match for a short time until we realised (and after taking advice from very reputable sources) that the car had it's level and really didn't want the bit extra I kept putting in! In our case it was simply spitting it out of the expansion tank overflow.
I'm not talking about much and it doesn't happen any more. The car holds a lot of coolant and an eggcup or two is all I'm talking about. Not sure if this'll help but it's my experience at least.
