LHD or RHD - any problems

Looking at buying a 348 shortly and looking at PH classifieds most seem to be LHD - the RHD ones seem to have disappeared even at the well known specialists such as Foskers, Joe Macari etc..
Noticed that Khan Automobiles in Yorkshire seem to be importing a lot of the LHD Ferrari's - as of today they have about 25 LHD ones of various models available - at prices up to 25% less than RHD cars.
the question is, apart from the obvious that any service history will be in a foreign language, are there any real disadvantages to buying a LHD model over a RHD model, assuming identical vehicles etc??
