488 GTB Spider? - Unless Ferrari fit a folding hard top to the 488 and decide to call it the GTB/S, that's a car that will never exist.
"GTB" stands for Gran Turismo Berlinetta (The original meaning for Berlinetta in Italian is "little saloon" indicating that the car has a fixed, solid metal roof)
"GTS" stands for Gran Turismo Spider (Spider [and Spyder] originally referred to a small lightweight horse drawn carriage that had a simple folding roof mechanism behind the front seat, so the Spider [Spyder] name indicates a car without a fixed roof).
The open top 488 will most likely be the 488 Spider, or it could be called 488 GTS (as a homage to the old 246/308/328 GTS series of cars), but it's highly unlikely to be called the 488 GTB Spider or 488 GTB/S.
