Went to give the car the weekly wash and when I peered in the engine bay to my shock horror the Silver Ferrari on the left plenum chamber has disappeared!!!

I haven’t had a chance to drop the under tray off yet and am hoping it's been collected there. If not and the worst has happened I was wondering if anyone here had suffered this / where might I be able to buy a replacement - also concerned Ferrari might try the old, 'oh no sir you have to buy the whole carbon part for £??????'

Any replacement ideas welcome...

I was thinking about getting a few of my badges replaced with new ones - this site came up.

LOL...

Thanks for the mostly 'constructive' advice - rather than a Duck a better suggestion might have been an Ass! biggrin

Anway’s - just had Mark from HR Owen confirm they can supply a new 'Ferrari' for the grand sum of £91.04+ VAT - catastrophe avoided!

Thx all...

think Ferrari legal got involved due to trademark infringements (or something along those lines)

so he got rid and got a macca (+P1 I believe) instead

I thought the normal mod was to de-cat them?

Christ, £100+ for a badge? Is it made of platinum?

Found this during a bit of a search! My engine emblem has also flaked! Looking at the scud parts catalogue shows there is a cover available for the scud but not the vanilla 430. Has anyone fitted the scud emblem to a 430?
Would be a nice addition (carbon?) and cover the flaked emblem on mine!

Do you mean the red paint has flaked? Just pull the whole cover off and refinish it all. Dead easy to do.

yes the red paint around the emblem in the middle of the plenum chambers (item 21 on the parts diagram in the earlier post). Would need to be a good match if re painting!
Think a carbon badge like on the scud would be nice smile

He did have a P1 (now sold), but to try and wind up Ferrari he bought a Huracan and called it the "Purracan" biggrin
