Wild guess, but the likely one from that red card is 34567. Failing that (and on the assumption that they buy stereos, only try it once, can you pop it out and see if some helpful soul has written it in marker pen on the top of the head unit?

It's none of those, it should be on a separate card again... If you don't have it, (which clearly states radio code) call the supplying dealer who should have a record of it from PDI, failing that call Becker who will give it unto you when you give the serial number for I think £20-£50 (last did it approx 6month ago and was in that price range)

Try googling the radio model and the term security code. There are tools online that allow you to enter the serial number and it works out the code (at least it worked for the old Phillips unit in my Alpine)

Thanks guys
Cant quite believe the supplying dealer forgot to enclose the security code card yet was ever so helpful when buying
Went on google and found a website called 'online-unlock.com' they only charge £2.50 said it will take up to 48 hours
I now have to wait 60 mins before i can make another attempt at entering the pin code
To do this i have to leave the ignition on,when i do this all the dash lights come on even when the key is turned to position two, will this do any damage if left with all lights showing
Thank you

Rocco1 - sounds weird - but put it in a food bag, seal it, stick it in a freezer. There is a temperature point where it "forgets" the code. Never tried this myself - but have been told that this works.

Fingers crossed!

Thanks Tony.

I pulled my stereo out to get the serial number and somebody had kindly written the code on the top of the unit!
