Is there a data base of modern ferrari's that's publicly available ?

For example I would like to find a 13/14 california in Nero/cream or Grigio Titanio to buy and it would be handy to know how many were made

Nothing like that (other than a couple of personal spotted type databases) but I reckon worldwide there's about 3-4000 California per year with maybe 15-20 % Uk so if you are looking in the UK thats a few hundred then add colour criteria and you get to fewer than a hundred total of both over the two years

Yes. It doesn't contain all cars but is very comprehensive - it is subscription based.
