360/430 main dealer satnav/radio upgrade

Has anyone had this upgrade done with what looks to be a flip out satnav and if so would u mind commenting on it. Have searched but seem to be no definitive answer. All comments appreciated stephen

Hi,before the Ferrari system came out I had a flip up pioneer system fitted to my 430 which I would recommend, let me know if you want any details, regards ade

Yes I've got it on my 360, it does the job, obviously a lot better then a standard unit, however not as good as the new Merc, Bmw and Audi systems imo.

And one thing i still can't seem to figure out is how to reduced the volume of the speed warning, which is really annoying!

Thanks for comments I went to see the unit at a main dealer today and it all seems great although i thought a little flimsy. I liked the blue tooth and touch screen seems ok but what put me off was that the satnav only takes 4 digits of the post code like my old old satnav and this i always found a hassle. I did read elsewhere its basically a Clarion system with a ferrari logo, and i dont know now, but years ago Clarion was a cheaper stereo system which i think i had in my ford seirra XR6. I loved that car but anyway, I am looking for a system with touch screen and blue tooth and a satnav ( hide away) which can take the full postcode and it must have europe maps as well. Ade, please advise on the pioneer system u had fitted .... i want it for a 360 by the way. stephen

Hi, the pioneer system I had fitted to the 430 was avh-x7500bt and the hideaway nav unit avic-f250,it works very well in Europe and the touch screen is good,i had a focal 2.1 amp as well,i`m very pleased with the whole system,its a lot better than the kenwood flipout system I had fitted to my 360, hope this helps
