The drivers seat seems to be unable to hold itself in the upright "clicked" position on the left side so is flexing backwards on sitting, I can't fathom if its something simple or not.

Any ideas?

They are known for it, there's various fixes listed over on Ferrarichat but i'm not sure they fully cure it
