Buying First Ferrari (458)

I need a bit of advice!

I’m going to see a 458 tomorrow and it appears to be exactly what I’m looking for. It’s got a Ferrari warranty until October 2015, however I’m not purchasing it from a Ferrari dealer. Would you guys recommend that I get the car independently inspected prior to purchase or would the Ferrari Warranty be enough?
Should I need to get it inspected who would you recommend? The car is based in the south east.

You might be best off asking a main dealer eg Macari as the essential computer read-out as part of the inspection will need interpreting
