Hi all
Wanting to upgrade the Ecu on my 1999 360 f1 gear box this year and have just been quoted £1800
Anyone had this done recently and is this the sort of money I should be spending ?

Regards Paul.

A new CS TCU module is about £1600 inc VAT so if that is what they are fitting then the price is good.
If it isn't a CS module or it is a reflash then maybe too much.
Just clarify what you are getting for £1800.

On a different but closely related topic. What happens when you pull both paddles and shift to neutral at speed then pull one of the paddles again?

It'll put the car into the highest possible gear for that road speed.

Voicey. Top man, thanks. I expected that but thought I would ask rather than find out the hard way if I was wrong smile

I believe if you hit the UP paddle it selects the highest possible gear for the road speed you are doing and the lowest possible gear if you hit the DOWN paddle, no?

On my car (early 360) no. The highest possible gear no matter which paddle you pull.
