Maybe a long shot but before I make the call to capristo I thought I'd try here first. Anybody got a set they want to sell on?

Scuderia systems had a used set for sale a while back, probably gone now but worth a call.

Agency power manifolds are around £1500, and are very good. Should be around £250 to fit.

I can recommend the AP manifolds. Buy them from Vivid Racing in the US - they own the AP brand.

Not very good when the bolts don't up true and you have to redrill them a little bit.

Well I hope they fit as I just purchased a set from Vivid Racing in the States after they were recommended on here. The price including Fedex delivery to the UK and insurance was $2400, plus the nice people at FedEx charged me another £200 for fees, duty and Vodka & Tonic. They do look nice though, I will get them ceramic insulated next month when my credit card heals up a bit. I have just purchased the Capristo rear brackets and manifold gaskets from Vivid, but I do not think there is much if any saving in purchasing these from the States.

You do on most of them. Try fitting a set of capristo's to a 355.

Thanks folks. Not being particularly wise about these things, what makes a set of manifolds good? I only really know of the capristo brand and never heard of these american ones before.

Agreed. Unequal tube lengths.

Fabspeed are pretty good, and I can vouch for the fast delivery.

The Fabspeed and AP manifolds are the same for the F430 (apart from the price).

Not sure but they are the ones they use on their race car so race proven. Give them a call Kyle is very helpful.

Another vote for AP manifolds!

Just don't get them ceramic coated in the US, get it done in the UK at somewhere like Zircotec.

Is that a good thing? Dont bits like track rod ends and ball joints die early on 430s because they're designed for racing and not daily use?
