Took delivery of new Speciale today
Discussion
Picked up my first Ferrari today, a new Speciale. I haven't owned anything remotely like it previously so will be an interesting journey to say the least!
Cockpit is spartan, 4 point harnesses in red, extinguisher, rear wall in red, but no stereo, GPS, telemetry, parking camera/sensors or electrochromatic mirror. Exterior has CF front spoiler, front wing vents, diffuser, and engine cover.
Car has the NART stripe but with the central stripe in body colour (rosso corsa). Wheels are gold. Calipers grigio silverstone to blend as inconspicuously as possible with the discs.
Pics below.

Did you spec it like that Boxer or was it a dealer car?
I specced it like that. Will be keeping it for some years so wasn't bothered about resale. The stripe was the most difficult. I liked the NART stripe but couldn't decide on a colour for the central stripe that didn't shout, until I realised I could spec it in the same colour as the body so effectively removing it.Lovely spec and great car to start Ferrari ownership with. I presume you'll be attending a few Ferrari owner track days? I became a member last year with my first being a cs, absolutely brilliant and the Silverstone owners day is a good one if your not too far away. Hope to bump into you and see the car in person if you come along.
Congrats
Congrats

Congratulations, it's a beautiful looking beast with a hardcore spec, I'm sure it'll be an occasion every time you drive it.gt500nick said:

Thanks gt500. I hope to do an owner's track day or two once I've put a few miles on it - and gotten more familiar with it. Silverstone was recommended by the dealer, and its not too distant, so likely will turn up there at some point. Right now I'll settle for a few fine weekends and some open B roads!Congrats
