458: headlight adjustment for continental driving?

Hi. I had a question, as above, is it possible to adjust the 458's xenon headlights (mechanical or a setting change) for driving on the other side of the road on the continent or do I need some of those beam deflection stickers? I have a 2012 car with AFS in case that makes any difference.
