Thoughts on this F355 ?

Anyone know this car or have any thoughts on why its been for sale for ages ?
Is it an import ? Didn't think rear high middle brake light was standard on UK cars ?
Or is it just the colour ?

Look above the black challenge rear grill. There seems to be a red strip light which I think was a requirement in some countries but not the UK at the same time if I'm correct

The 3rd brake light was an option on UK cars.

When I was looking at 348s a few years ago, i was told that yellow generally meant it probably came from Asia. Don't know if that was also true for the 355 generation - and of course I'm sure there are exceptions anyway.

Several years ago I remember there was a yellow low mileage 355 for sale, which turned out to be an import from Malaysia (if my memory serves). Not a bad thing but might be worth looking into that. Could well be the same car.
